Well this is really something different. Most couples would get busy some baby stuff and toys and the like to welcome a new angel at home. However, Tori and Dean wanted to be different. So, they are getting plastic surgery makeovers to give Liam a warm welcome.

An insider told the National Enquirer, “Tori and Dean are marching in to get Botox injections. She’ll also have her lips plumped with Restylane. While Tori usually gets injections every two months, she put them on hold after she got pregnant. But the last time she went in, she took Dean along for some Botox and made a convert out of him.”

The Enquirer’s source says the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star is looking into mesotherapy, which the magazine describes as follows: “The treatment uses combinations of different medications injected into the fat layer under the skin in small quantities.” The procedure is said to get rid of cellulite and fat deposits. According to the insider, “Although it’s still a controversial treatment, many people feel it’s potentially less dangerous than liposuction.”
