Keira Knightley is best known today as Elizabeth Swann of the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. And though the actress didn’t win the award for Best Performance at the MTV Film Awards, she obviously has gained a lot from the PotC franchise.

When asked about her cosmetic surgery endeavors particularly on her lips, the British actress said “Okay, I had it done. I had a larger top lip done.” Speaking about her visit to the plastic surgeon, Knightly explained “The reason I was there was to treat my acne though. I am only human as you can see - I’m a normal girl.”

Furthermore, Knightley also admitted that she will likely have plastic surgery in the future and will be getting Botox, face-lifts, nose jobs, and false hair.

Keira looks better with a fuller top lip. So this definitely is a good cosmetic surgery decision for her.
