Liv Tyler strongly believes in plastic surgery. “I’m definitely going to have some, I’m sure,” the actress, who turns 30 on July 1, says in the July issue of Allure. “Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby.”

Liv has been trying to sweat it out in the gym to get back into shape after her son Milo was born in December 2004. Tyler says, “I was trying to get back into shape, so I went to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day.”

It is important for Tyler to do this and to consider plastic surgery because looking good is part of the job. Tyler models for Givenchy and stars in this summer’s thriller The Strangers. “I have to make a living,” she says. “I guess I could sell my house and go live a really simple life in a trailer somewhere.”

Yeah Liv really has to go through this because this is part of her job. She will go through anything as long as she gets paid for it. She will even do an impromptu speech at Comic Con in San Diego if the price is right. She is just terrific!
