John Cusack officially got rid of his annoying turkey neck through a necklift.

“John’s never been a vain person, but when he watched his latest film, he was shocked to see how awful the sagging skin under his chin looked,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.

“At first John, who’s very squeamish, tried to avoid surgery and went the ‘anti-aging’ route with a specialist.”

But the “Say Anything” star was unhappy with the results, revealed the insider. So the big chicken took a cold turkey approach to facing his fears- and made the decision to have a neck-lift.

“The last thing in the world John wanted was a plastic surgery,” said the insider. “He admits he’s a coward when it comes to medical procedures. But the results were fantastic.” John’s procedure took place in early July. The neck-lift is popular among young Hollywood hunks with wobbly necks. Goldie Hawn’s 30-year-old son Oliver, star of CBS’s “Rules of Engagement,” recently had the surgery, as The ENQUIRER previously revealed exclusively.

Concluded the insider: “After John’s procedure was over, he was fine- and now he really looks terrific.”

I think I know what happens next. After the necklift, John will venture on New Jersey rhinoplasty because he might think his nose is quite big for his face. And then after that, John is gonna get a lipo, and everything will be history. John will become the new Michael Jackson. Just kidding. GRIN.
