Britney Spears made a career-ending performance at the MTV Video Music Awards sporting a huge tummy and a hooker outfit. She could have at least had tummy tuck in order even look slightly offensive on stage. That bulge just looks so disgusting. Gone are the days when Britney was dubbed as a solid performer.

Again, a tummy tuck would have made a difference. Or a decent outfit might have sufficed.
