Ryan Gosling looks like he had a nose job in the past. I must say that his rhinoplasty surgery was done quite well. The old pic shows a rather wide nose. But the recent picture tells that Ryan has made his nose a lot thinner and cuter if I may use the term. Good plastic surgery decision for Ryan.
