Salt Lake City topped the recent survey that attempts to identify the place where residents spend most on plastic surgery. Forbes conducted the survey and Salt Lake City became the winner or loser; depending on how you look at it.

I am quite surprised actually. New York, Los Angeles, and Miami were my bets.
