Avril Lavigne looks like she underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in the past. If this is really her in the photo then that is possible. IN here, Avril’s nose looks a bit weird. But when you look at her present photos, the nose looks perfectly fine. Is that because of an excellent use of makeup or Avril has really gone under the knife to improve her facial appearance?

Well, we are not really sure. I haven’t heard anything about Avril admitting anything lately. Let’s just wait for some updates on this.
