Radar Online posted before and after nose job photos of Blake Lively. The online mag says Lively had the operation after filming the movie Accepted. Never heard of that movie actually.

Based from the photos, I am happy that Blake dealt with her nose the right way if it is ever true that she had rhinoplasty done on it. She looks way way better now. I must say the nose job was a great decision.
