This picture from the Daily Mail suggests that Sir Paul McCartney has had facial plastic surgery namely blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery and Botox to remove the signs of aging and reveal a more youthful look. If this rumor is ever true, I should say that McCartney did a great job with the makeovers. Or rather, his surgeon did an awesome job.
