Did Alicia Keys really have rhinoplasty surgery or nose job? You might like to compare the two photos below. The first one is a young Alicia Keys and the second one is a more recent picture. Is there any huge difference in Alicia’s nose then and now?
It looks like some people actually noticed a significant difference and made a conclusion that Alicia Keys underwent a nose job in order to somehow make her nose look a lot narrower. Well, whatever it is, Alicia looks really amazing nowadays and if she ever did anything on her face, it’s all worth it.

Alicia keys did not have plastic surgery her nose looks exactly the same as she was younger except bigger. You guys really have to learn and give respect.
I can tell that Alicia had a nose job. The shape is totally different. Your nose normally stays the same or gets bigger as you get older. Her nose did the reverse. I think that she got this surgery around the time that she got her lazy eye fixed, too.
Her nose was fine before. I could understand her getting her lazy eye fixed.
Omar i think you’re in denial. Her nose is clearly different.
