Yeah, nevermind the dress but Britney Spears is bringing sexy back. Is this the outcome of her huge cosmetic surgery spending? Well whatever it is, it seems that Brit Brit is back on track. But her fashion sense still sucks.

Looking at those ripples on her tummy, it is really hard for me to believe that Courtney Love did not get surgery as what she and her rep claim. Many say it’s Lipo. Other say it’s Lap-Band. But Courtney says it’s natural - diet and exercise.
